Introducing Hobbs
Kitchen & Laundries

Have you ever heard the saying the 'kitchen is the soul of your home?' Have you ever considered why? We spend numerous hours in the kitchen as it has a powerful influence on how we communicate, hang out, prepare and make food. Once upon a time, the kitchen was just a utility to cook meals, today it wears many hats. It's a functional space that draws our family and friends, it's where we start our day with our morning coffee, express ourselves in cooking, a place to gather after a long day of school or work, and a place to connect, gossip, and laugh.

Hobbs designers listen to your wants and needs for your space, they discuss the tone and style you're influenced by. How can we make it welcoming? Spacious, and functional, does it feel like everyday life could be lived out of here? It's important the kitchen flows from one space to another, do you want an open floor plan or a galley kitchen? All these questions we have the answer for, and we'd love to hear from you. Come and see us at the Springwood Showroom for our expertise and advice, have a look around at our features, cabinetry, benchtops, sinks, tapware and more...

If you think we are what your looking for get in touch today with our experienced sales team...

Hobbs Process

Many clients underestimate the complexity of building procedures in a kitchen renovation and the multiple trades involved. Plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry, electrical, tiling, and plastering, it's a full time job you really need an experienced builder and project manager to keep everything on time and on budget.

Hobbs proudly employ a team of local, highly skilled trades on the basis of their experience, knowledge, and great attitude to achieve the best possible result every time. This also means no delays waiting on external tradespeople to show up. Your renovation will remain on time and within budget.

A well-planned kitchen renovation is not just a great way to update your home, though it's recognised by real estate professionals to be one of the best investments you can make that adds enduring value to your property.

We take care of every aspect of the project from start to finish, in a realistic time frame that causes minimal disruption to you and your family.

Sleek Contemporary Kitchen

This modern kitchen oozes elegance and innovation. Round edging of a ceasar stone benchtop, backlit by strip lighting, the island rendered in corrugated cladding and ceramic kit-kat tiles. The backdrop hosts a butterfly stone slab for the backsplash, contrasting the white cabinetry is a dark timber veneer rangehood. Cooking with a gas cooktop and built-in ovens, there is a place for everything... to the right of the kitchen is a coffee/bar nook equipped to entertain your friends and family. To conceal your everyday appliances Hobbs has you covered with a butlers pantry, that doubles as a laundry.

Classic Open-Concept Kitchen

When designing for an open-concept kitchen considering the layout of the kitchen and how it functions with the rest of the zones of an open-plan arrangement is vital, especially if you're thinking about creating a practical family kitchen, which needs careful planning.

This open plan kitchen brings the whole family together reinforcing that the kitchen is the heart of the home. It's spacious, as there are no barriers visually which allows the room to flow. It's perfect for entertaining - you talk with your guests or family while cooking.

Classic Country Kitchen

This kitchen not only has that classic country style but comes with state-of-the-art black, built-in appliances and accessories.

It's not your typical country kitchen, this kitchen is two-toned classic matt white for the wall cabinetry and the island bench has a gorgeous touch of sage green in the cabinetry. With accents of vertical timber trimming elongating the width of the island bench, on top lies the beautiful white with a touch of grey vein ceasar® stone benchtop.

The backsplash is tiled in traditional square stacked tiles in a wobble handmade uniqueness to gain texture.

To the side of the kitchen is a bar with wine fridges and glass cabinetry to show off your magnificent glassware and in this case copper cups.

Modern Textural Design

Rust, charcoal, navy inky-toned units can make a striking impression if you want an on-trend, atmospheric kitchen. Not everyone wants a white clean clinical kitchen, some of us are after something unique, with personalty, texture, features spread throughout. This kitchen offers all of that. Open floor plan, plenty of natural lighting, a huge island benchtop for preparing food for entertaining family and friends, it also offers a servery window to bring the outside in, passing drinks and horderves to guest while being part of the conversation. A butler sink to wash the dirty dishes and traditional oven and cooktop by Bega.

Many of these ideas may on paper not work, though in person are striking and unusual. Could this be what you never thought you needed, and now desperately want?
